First, it was OP who said that the original purpose was to eliminate pain.

Second, why should anyone pay attention to someone who lies about the definition of 'breast augmentation'?

Finally, why should anyone pay attention to someone who thinks that all that matters is the weight of something and the geometry doesn't matter (here's a test for you - hold a 3 pound book in your lap sitting down for an hour. Now hold the same book at arms' length in one hand for an hour). A 3 pound book is a 3 pound book right?

As I said, twist the words if you will. I made a similar analogy earlier. You either did not read it, or chose to take it in a different context than it was meant.

The difference in pulling force, from a physics standpoint, is negligible. Had she had a breast reduction, weight would have been removed and then it would be reasonable to conclude it was a medical reason. Torque increases as the mass moves farther from a supported position. Therefore, firming the breast, results in increased torque as less mass is supported, by resting against the body. Only removal of mass, will offset the increased torque. I was being generous, when I said the difference was negligible.

I did this test last night, 3 pound~ book on lap watching Judge Judy (double episode). Then I held 3 pound~ book at arms length directly over my head watching Two and a Half Men. (double episode).

I almost made the second hour until my arm went numb and the book flew out of my hand and knocked over my beer.
