Dispute with www.allbrandonline, Norristown, Pa. 19406 USA

After using only 2 years our Dacor Electric Range (SKU RSE30RF)
we had trouble: error Code F1 (System Watchdog Circuit)
The engineer has found the control board may need to be replaced.
We tried to ordered the parts at DACOR but was advised they do not
ship parts and recommended this company
www.ALLBRANDONLINE.com where we ordered:
Oven Membrane Switch Panel (REF.) + ERC 4800 Controller (REF.) J4 (REF.)

In the course of the next seven weeks I had to asked several times about the state
of the order and have requested the total price at least seven times:
E-mail from Jan 14, Please confirm shipment and total cost.
E-mail from Jan 15, Please confirm shipping and total expensive
E-mail from Feb 01, Please confirm shipment and total cost.
E-mail from Feb.06, Please inform me about shipping and cost.
E-mail from Feb.07, Please inform me about shipping and total cost.
E-mail from March 13, Please inform me about the price and delivery details.

I did not get any information ahead of delivery. Even the order acknowledgment was
e-mailed after the parts had arrived, but my Credit Card was charged on the day of shipping.

I was more as shocked as I looked at the price in the order acknowledgment:
The parts $ 619.90
Total Fright UPS international, 2,7 Kg $ 399.85
Total amount $ 1,019.85
=========
This is only for the parts without guarantee and labor. For the price of the final repair I can buy a new range.

I have requested at www.ALLBRANDONLINE.com, to reimburse the total amount and
arrange for reshipping of the parts.
I made one offer to him:
“First you have to reimburse the amount. Than you can offer me a suitable price for the parts;
so I may consider checking them. In case the parts will fix the problems, I may agree to take
them and pay the suitable amount”. I did not get a response.

My Question:
My credit card is charged. Have I to accept this kind of business? What should I do?

BTW.We have asked this to DACOR :
in the internet we have found many postings complaining about this kind of error (F1).
So we’re wondering if there may be some general manufacturer problem with the electronic circuit component. Since we have only installed the appliance rather recently,
it seems strange how it could get broken that early.

If you never agreed to the charge, then they can not charge it. If they did, then you can dispute it. Let them know that you will dispute it with your credit card if they do not follow up. You might do better looking for a different supplier.
