But don't forget I'd want pain and suffering too! :D

I disputed the charge. If they try to act at all on it I'm going to report them to the TSI (UK government) and also report them to Sagepay.

Now is anyone familure with the legitimatness of Sagepay? :confused:

It's not that I care about the $23. It's not even 10 minute's income. It's more or less paying a thieve. It would pretty much be going into a prison, finding a bank robber, and popping him a $20.
For $23 the credit card company will probably not even pursue it and just credit you the money back. Its cheaper for them. So they will probably still get the money.
