Thanks for the state but more information is necessary. Like a lot more. Who? Why? Details matter. Is this against you or protecting you? Part of a criminal case or strictly civil? Who is the other party?

I have an order of protection against me in Tennessee. It's my daughter's birthday today and I have gifts for her. How do I give them to her without violating. Do I just give it to a third party to give to her or can I put them on the porch of the house they live in while they are away today or what?

If the order of protection protects your daughter then you can't give her gifts at all if it is for NO CONTACT. Nor can you usually have a third party give them to her as that would be seen as a violation by you. You might even violate by being with x amount of yards of her home or school or business.

Does the protective order cover your daughter? You should not go anywhere near the home of the protected party.
