I live in Los Angeles. I have an OSC re: Contempt, and I am the petitioner. My ex has denied 8 consecutive court ordered weekend visitations. I filed the paperwork myself, as I can't afford an attorney. I listed the specific dates violated and attached police reports and emails as evidence, however I did not list each date at "count 1, count 2" etc. on the court papers. Will this cause the judge to throw my case out? If not, what can I expect at the OSC? Can I introduce new evidence or only what I filed and served my ex? Do I need an opening statement? Thanks in advance!
