Taking a quick look at the intersection on Google Maps shows a sign posted that either reads "No Turn On Red" or "Left Turn on Red".... of course it could be a sign offering "Chicken and Waffles.."ASINY...St George ave.
However I did find this information, which would indicate that you did make an illegal right-turn. The question, that you may 'attempt' to argue, is why (if it was not) was this not clearly posted. This also is depends on if there is statute that it MUST be posted.
