Questions to the OP:

What county is he located in Ohio? If you dont know the county, what city? With a little know-how, you can file suit in common pleas court in his county and get a judgemant larger than the $3K limit on Ohio small claims.

Turn on your private message option, then post back that you have. Otherwise send me a PM with an e-mail address or phone number for yourself. I tried sending you one, but yours is off. I may be able to help you out.

It is Erie County...the city is Huron.

Muscle Car BBQ Grills has gotten a lot of positive media exposure in the past and continues to garner positive media exposure today. They even claim there is more positive media exposure coming for them in the future.

I was thinking we (the other couple who got ripped off and myself) could start our own publicity campaign to expose Muscle Car BBQ Grills and those reporters and public officials who are doing nothing to stop said company from getting future positive publicity or from going to jail for ripping people off.

We have already started to contact the media persons, websites, newspapers and anyone else that has ever written, posted or said anything positive about Muscle Car BBQ Grills to ask them for help but most of them just say that “it wasn’t a paid advertisement” as if they are no longer responsible for all the wonderful things they said about the company that ripped us off and will probably rip more people off in the future if something isn’t done. After all, it was because of their articles on Muscle Car BBQ Grills that I’m out almost $4000.00 and “writingmyway” is out almost $4000.00 too. I can’t speak for the other person I know was ripped of by this company because I haven’t been able to make contact with him/her yet. I know he/she is out there though because I saw a 3rd complaint on the attorney general’s website.

I think the City Prosecutor isn’t interested in this case so far because it is small potatoes to him/her but I’m thinking I could use some of the publicity Muscle Car BBQ Grills is getting as a springboard for my own publicity campaign. Wouldn’t that put pressure on the City Prosecutor to do something? If so, how best to go about doing it?

Any suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated. If you think I’m just dreaming let me know that too. I’m not going to let it go though.

I looked up the grills out of curiosity, and it seems as though you guys are doing a pretty good job of getting your stories out there. You've even gotten at least one of the writers of the articles to add a disclaimer to his article. Keep the battle going on this front and he'll either be forced to deliver, or suffer massive damage to his reputation. I'd like to see him do some time... People who scam their "customers" tick me off.
