NEVADA - I am one of several hundreds of people who have purchased a vehicle online from VROOM and have not received their Title and or Registration Paperwork within the speicfied time frame as advertised or in a reasonable time frame based on temporary plate expiration. Continual delays, misinformation as well as a terrible customer and callback service resulting in unnecessary expense not contained in contract. Can these people be sued for Breech of Contract?

Have you reported VROOM to your state’s Attorney General?

No. They can't be sued for breech of contract. Unless the car came feet first.

As for "BREACH of contract" -- we would need to be able to read the contract and that is beyond the scope of a forum. Contact an attorney.

Several federal securities class action lawsuits have been filed by shareholders/investors against Vroom (see links to two of the many complaints below). There might be a similar suit or suits filed against Vroom by consumers. You could check it out with an area attorney, in addition to filing a complaint with your state’s AG.

Consumer complaints about Vroom have ranged from Vroom’s advertising and sales and billing and collections, to delivery issues, warranty issues, servicing issues and the product itself.

Anyone can be sued for anything, but I doubt that's what you actually intended to ask.

Obviously, whether a contract has or has not been breached cannot be determined without reading or otherwise knowing the terms of the contract and knowing all of the relevant facts.
