You can call the county were you think the warrant is issued from and ask the court clerk,or you can call the county prosecutors office and ask them directly.Either way you will find out.
If you don't know the County this will be hard. California counties generally have an "outstanding warrant" database that you can search on-line. THe one for San Diego County, for example, is found at http://www.co.san-diego.ca.us/
