PA now a 'No' Party State?

I was just reading a PA Supreme Court decision, 'Commonwealth v. Rekasie' .. Seems privacy is a thing of the past in PA .. The court has ruled that individuals should have no privacy expectation in phone calls.

It seems to mean that at any party, you are not allowed to close the doors of any bedroom when sneaking off with your best friend's wife/husband (delete as necessary).

LegalBeagle can vouch for me on this one.

Well, I can tell you what a "party" ISN'T.

It isn't a "party" when a writer, out of the blue, tells me that the writer has "red hair" - - obviously knowing my weaknesses for redheads.

Then, when I make overtures of love, and wanting to go to Bermuda, to this "redhead", the writer comes back and informs me that "she" is not a "she" - - rather, is a HE !

So, my question becomes, why did HE even bother telling me that HE was a redhead in the first place ?

So, to me, THAT'S NOT a "party". That's just toying with my emotional weakness for redheads. But, let me assure anyone who reads this post - - I only melt for redheads of the female persuasion !
