update
no news is good news, it was me, the ex's barrister and da judge.
Her atty pushed for his $1500.00, I argued why he shouldn't get it
and the judge said he'd reread the transcript and get back to us.
I then asked to address the court on the lack of cooperation since the alleged violence incident on visitation with the kid, I emphasized that the charges were made up and I was fighting it, I pointed out that my four year old can't see her older sister in a supervised visitation set-up. The judge asked her lawyer what the hell was going on(not so many words) and he lied and said that this was the first he had heard about the problem. Dick.
The judge told him to get into it with his client and make this problem go away, we have enough on his agenda with our case already. I'm giving him until Monday to get back to us, then I'll file a notice of hearing and let the judge know the status.
Found out my ex is allowed to miss up to FOUR supervised visits w/ no excuse before she's opted out of the program, so I'm going to be pleasantly surprised Saturday if my kid shows up for my 2 hour visit.
as for the fictitious but very real criminal charge stuff, on advice of counsel, I have to shut up now. Later all.
