my hubby has worked as a sub contractor for a "friend" who also sub contracts. though "friend" is now paying him bi weekly, he is making no attemp to pay him the back pay he owes (over $7,000 since the beginning of the year). he keeps asking us to be patient, he'll pay when he can. we have had to tap into credit to cover our loss. can we send him a notice that we're going to start charging interest if it's not paid by such & such date?
