You can prove you made a theft report, can't you? Of course you can! You still have your copy of the report, and you can quote from the report, can't you? Of course you can!

All this coming from a lawyer???A real lawyer?? I can see why you are reduced to trying to find clients on the web. You sir, have done nothing but prove my point about the kind of person you really are. I have, now, contacted a real attorney in regards to your posts here, and I assure you--he will be getting in touch with you about your liable comments made here against me. Perhaps you need to go back to law school to get a refresher course as to how "real" attorney's shoul dhandle themselves. I have read all of your posts and replies to people looking forn geniune help and answers, and you sir, are still pathetic.

Spin it how you like, but your conduct will, if not already, make you subject to both civil AND criminal prosecution. As little as I think of these scum-bag, bottom-feeding 'payday loan businesses', your conduct is far lower. Personally, I hope that you do get prosecuted as your conduct and intentions are clearly illegal.
