What is the penalty for poaching deer in Missouri. There has been at least one report made against the person in the past. I know that he frequently hunts at dark. Right now, he has five deer on his premises that he killed illegally, and has no tags for them.

First off I hope you have called the state DNR RAP line since you are aware that this person is in possion of illegal deer..... As far as the fine all depends on the court/ judge....If the judge is a hunter/fisheman odds are the fine will be more........

Poaching

My sister actually spoke with someone today and reported him. The agent told her that they have already found carcasses in the area that the jerk hunts in. So they are going to check it out today or this evening. I think the agent wants to try to catch him at it.
