Thought so. When a parent is on State assistance the state takes the majority of the support to reimburse the tax payers for what they are paying. CP gets a nominal amount...about 40 or 50 dollars. So you calling Dad a deadbeat is very likely defamation as he is likely paying his court ordered amount and most is being with-held due to mom being on state assistance.
You should keep your mouth shut regarding the Father of your GF children. If Dad gets wind of your slanderous comments you could be restrained from being around the kiddo's.
