The word is expulsion, and you are full of hot air.
So there is a pre-law specialization but not law degree per se nor paralegal certificate program.BelizeBreeze said:From the College Misericordia Website which can be found HERE.
College Misericordia is a liberal arts based, co-educational Catholic college founded by the Religious Sisters of Mercy in 1924. It is located in Pennsylvania's historic Wyoming Valley.
I was being kind, you need to read OP's other posts. They are claiming to be in law school, a non existant law school. It is difficult at best to find merit in confabulations.Quaere said:It is unlikely an attorney will take your case on contingency which should be a clue to it's merit.
Aside from the fact that the first part of the above statement is an ignorant assumption, the second part of the statement is patently false.
The merit of a case does not guarantee the ability of a defendant to pay a judgment.
The unwillingness of an attorney to take a case on a contingency is NOT necessarily any "clue" as to the merits of the case.
Correct. And since you're on the subject, the ONLY thing that matters in this ENTIRE post is the truth of the statments (whether published or spoken) and since the poster IS an escort, why are you belaboring the point?Quaere said:I don’t understand the incessant need to constantly investigate the claims of the people who post here. Why does it matter if the particular OP is lying? Wouldn’t others who actually have the same question benefit from advice given in response to the situation that was presented?
I did read all of OP’s other posts. She does not appear to be a law school student but her questions had nothing to do with her status as a student. She wanted to know if there is any legal recourse for the harassment she claims she’s enduring.
Does it ever occur to anyone that some of the OPs may offer some fictional background information in order to avoid being identified by their enemies? Some of the “advisors” here spend more time trying to catch Ops in lies than they do trying to help anyone.
If you are going to investigate and call someone a liar, at least investigate the correct facts. OP never said she went to school in or near Dallas, PA. She said the suspect, is a resident of Dallas.
Regardless of where OP and the suspect went to school, the suspect may have been home on Thanksgiving break when he engaged in some of the harassment, hence the involvement of the suspect’s hometown police dept.
