I have a friend who has an active bench warrant for failure to appear. Does anyone know how long bench warrants are active in CO? Also, any estimates on what he could get sentenced? He was on 2 yrs probation and failed to appear in court for burglary and false impersonation...

Were the burglary and false impersonation new charges or what you were on probation for?

Probation was for false info to a pawnbroker. The court date he missed was for false impersonation and burglary. ???? If he violated his probation though, will he be facing time?
