I gave you a link to the codes, you will have to look them up because only you will know which will apply, you are wasting time by not reading through that section so you can find the law.

You are too lazy.

Here is my advice, take the dog to the humane society, that will be a lot less work for you in the end.
“Thinking Out Loud " Wow I was right all I seem to get here is allot of smart ass comments, Maybe I should let my dog release himself on you? Maybe on your face while you’re tied up in my garage for a couple of days. In fact knowing the only ass you get is from a bunch of mags if he is feeling a little frisky you'd probley bend over for a few bones…I can’t do that to my dog he but heck you would have a blast…

I gave you the links to the laws, since you won't read them, the only thing I can do is suggest you surrender your dog for adoption at the humane society.

Your response clearly indicates why you are being evicted and you won't be here much longer either.

This was not started by me!!

Sorry but who is doing the name calling here?? I have been called Lazy, Have been told to take my dog to the humane society, Been told I'm going to whine all day about it here & the first reply someone gave me ( what type of a response do you want? One that is contrary to the terms and conditions of your lease provisions AND the House Rules? I came here looking for advice! If you don't have any to give that is an answer to my question regarding the 3day notice only sent to a select group of people then please don't post anything!! I do thank the people whom have contacted me with useful information.

You were given advixe, appropriate advice. Advice that could have saved you from eviction. But you refused to read the law necessary ro answer the papers served. You copped an attiitude. Not only are you lazy you are aslo an idiot! These are not name callinf but facts. Now when the sheriff comes and evicts you, your dog will be taken by animal control to the County facility and put to sleep since you refuse to take to to the humane society. Not only will you be evicted but you will also be responsible for the death of your dog.

The character of a man is known from his conversations, What the heck does an eviction have to do with animal control? You told me to look up the codes! Well there are allot of them & I'm sorry if my main area of study is not the law or civil codes...Wait is that not why I posted my question here? This idiot has a 2 week extension for my dog thanks to a call that I placed to the corp office. Thinking Out Loud "again" The true secret of giving advice is, after you have honestly given it, to be perfectly indifferent whether it is taken or not, and never persist in trying to set people right!
