This question is for my boyfriend and I. He has been seperated from his wife for almost 2 years. Last September he signed and mailed back papers she had filed for a divorce. In August of this year he received more papers from her attorney that needed to be signed meaning he wasn't divorced yet. It is now going on 2 months since then and he hasn't heard anything yet. How long does it ususally take for a divorce to be final? And what would be going on for nothing to be done yet? What else can we do for him to get a divorce?
