What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

What is a plenary hearing? And what happens at this hearing?

Do just the attorneys speak, like a motion? Or are all parties and witnesses called to testify?

Thank you:confused:

It usually happens when a motion cannot be decided without witness testimony and all parties and witnesses may be required to testify.

?

What if the parties come to an agreement before the hearing?

Do the courts try to get them to talk it out first, or is this something you go right to court and testify for? Since it could not be determined originally by the judge?

This is for legal fees, the judge wanted to hear more before making a decision.

Thank you
