What is the name of your state? CA

At work, a 50 lb box fell on my right shoulder; causing back problems. been going to physical therapy for 4 wks but still feel difference in back strength and pain/discomfort pretty consistently. what should/ can i do? how to do i ask for compensation for chiro or other treatment? should i seek another doctor? i will be no longer w/ the company in 2 wks. i'm concerned i will later develop more back problems and still feel discomfort in my back due to this? plse advise :eek:

Aren't you being medically treated under Workers' Compensation?
