I think the problem is that the subject line of this thread refers to child abduction AND OP stated that he called the Child Abduction Unit. Perhaps that was a misunderstanding. But this is NOT a child abduction situation.

I think the reason I put Child Abduction Unit, is that after I filed the reports I was advised by my attorney to call the Child Abduction Unit and inform them of my filing the reports and exactly what had happened. I had initially wanted to know how the entire processed worked. Thank you.
