Police speeding - with a twist

Some police officers in Indiana are given take home cars.

I, too, have a take home car. But, I can't use it for personal business. However, in some agencies, they may permit their personnel from using an agency vehicle for some perrsonal matters even if off duty ... it all depends on the agency and their policy.
