personally the idea of filing a complaintwithout a lawyer in "federal court" is actually a good idea , eaven if you dont win its 250 bucks well spent ..

like a few years ago i got into it pretty good over wanting to sue a judge for forceing me , a somewhat dissabled person {who cant spell} with a back injury, well calling the baliff and making him stand me up straight because i was hunched over in pain while testifying wouldnt stop the hearing or allow me to sit down ..i did wave the 14th amendment like a flag.

be carefull or i will dig that thread up ..i know where google keeps that certain something ....

anny way i had a very bad review here on the subject ,but after filing that i didnt eaven get a chance to serve her and the news was on the phone , i was in an un local paper .. wich after my 2 minuts of fame {we all get 15 minuts of fame 13 minuts left, wanna make my day?} i lost my case because the court house had placed the wrong date on the hearing on thier records so i filed late, and i shoulda nailed em with usc: 1983/1985 3 years satutes of limitations, i may have lost the case but everyone knows what happened ,a nd it wasn't teh first time she was on the news ....gee having an affair witha courtroom stenographer .. a lesbian affair..... thats bad !

oh and if you ppl want to send me to harvard or yale to brush up on an english couse please be my guest .. my mom and dad couldnt afford to send me to high school let alone annything past that ... i did get accepted into pennstate on a freebey ,through pa's ovr and i was actually treated like $h|t ,not the kind that makes pastures grow , but the somewhat infectouse kind., till the rorshock test came back , along with my garades and the fact my iq scored 146 on all thier freeking tests .after getting tested for everything in teh book phycological?? mental?? aptitude???, . i said politely to shove it.

Since you are sooo smart I took it you must of speed thru the part where I clearly said the paper was on a SPECIFIC article that the professor handed out to the class...then professor then gave them an outline and all questions to answer to the paper. No outside information was required. If you weren't such an ass and didn't jump to conclusions you might have asked that question prior to jumping to your idiotic conclusions. A bit testy this morning? Better, tingly, you don't want the idot wishing your mimosa tree to shed it's leaves before fall. Yep, those silk trees are beautiful I planted 2 big ones in front of a house where I used to live, beautiful to look at, sometimes messy.
