As an additional piece of advice, I would NOT contact the Dean again (at least at this point). The Dean said in his email to contact the Professor directly and that she will respond to all questions and concerns.

If you need your corrected final grade soon, to complete your applications to grad school, let your Professor know of this urgency. You can mention to the Professor the Dean's comment about student-cheating if you feel the need to, but I certainly wouldn't concentrate on it.

You have not yet been accused of anything. You have merely been informed by the Dean that errors in grading occurred and that they will be corrected.

By the way, congratulations on your A- in organic chemistry. A "D" for me in such a course (had I been forced to take one) would not have been due to any system error. ;)
