The easy part is often getting a judgment. Collecting on a judgment can be where the real work begins.

IF the judgment is for a sizable sum, you might want to consider turning the judgment over to a reputable collection agency for collection or possibly even selling the judgment to a collection agency. You will only be paid a percentage of the amount of the judgment, but you can save yourself time and energy this way.
 


Deadbeats are often successful at never paying on judgments. Had a few of those when I had rentals.



Can't you find his home in the county assessor or recorder records? If he's an owner.
He rents and is possible using an alias name. Some people search have shown other names with the same age and address that he uses.

He also seem to go though bank accounts like some people use burner phones. Quickly moving money around possible to avoid creditors.

You might consider my earlier suggestion then about turning the debt over to a professional debt collector. You will save yourself a lot of headaches even if you do not recover the full amount of the judgment.
