What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida, Miami Dade County
I have a intringue on an apt. on our association that was acquired through a
county tax certificate. The new owner does not want to recognized the association for maintenance assessment fees for the past 6 year totaling $38,000.00 He said that by acquiring the apartament through a tax deed the old fees are forgatten and wiped out. Is this possible ? The association have no money to hired and attorney.
