Previous landlord won't collect on judgment

I don't intend on just sending a check and hope for the best. I have started trying to reach out from a secondary Facebook account, responding to her ads and requesting she message me her current address as her attorney is no longer representing her. So far no response but I'm documenting the attempts. I'm going to see if I can speak with an attorney in the area on my options.

I suspect that since she sold the condo, and was completely dishonest with the agent about 3 years real estate taxes owed and an over $7K lien from the HOA for unpaid dues, she's just decided to wash her hands of the whole thing. Which is fine, but I need this off MY plate as well, and she's just crazy enough to drag this out for 7 more years out of spite.
