Can the mother have child support increased if she decides to put child in private school?

Private schools are very often seen as "optional items". If both parents have to agree on the school together then I suggest that you have the costs split 50/50. What does your CO say?

Generally, unless the parents have agreed to private schooling, the child was attending private school prior to the divorce or there is a genuine need for the child to attend private school, a court will not increase support if one parent decides on his/her own to send the child to one.
