You are so ignorant and self centered, obviously you missed a lot ....blah blah blah blah blah...

Still can't get over my situation? Move on, to a different thread and out of your anger problems! Not sure what your disability is, but it appears that your problems, mental and emotional, are garden variety. Hope you get well someday..

The question "can I sue" was answered long ago. I think you answered it yourself, cbg. Why do you answer it again? Just fooling around?

You admit you got your answer. Please take the advice of others, as you are truly embarrassing yourself now.

Right, you had your answer long ago and that was that you had no case, so what is your problem? We bent over backwards to try and find any possible reason you had to establish any standing and there was none, most would have slunk off quietly but you are so into yourself, typical of personalty disorders, that you can't leave, nor will you go see your psychiatrist, please see your psychiatrist ASAP!

wow, you really need to stop feeling so darn sorry for yourself. It is not your professor's duty to give you an accomodation/extension, that is a privilege and you should not come to expect it. I feel for your situation in terms of your emotional duress but you should try and move on an instead of wallowing in self-pity. The whole point of being an honor program student is that you are able to learn at an accelerated pace and dedicate yourself entirely to your education, and if you weren't up to par with that expectation then perhaps he did you a favor by asking that you are removed from the honor's program. As heartless as it may seem, doing so would allow for another student who can more fully dedicate his/herself to join the program. Get your act together and see if you can appeal your case at a later time. Good luck!

The original question seems to have been answered but for our general knowledge, I am curious, nobody has mentioned the statute of limitations yet in this thread. I was researching this last summer and it seems to me that you would have one year to bring a slander lawsuit in the state of NY, is this correct? Might have made some of this discussion moot. Reply if someone knows for sure.

Why should anyone mention the SOL? The poster had no case.
