What is the name of your state? TX
We're trying to find a loop hole to the board of appraisers that were set up (Art. 8, sec. 18 1980) in Texas. Apparently in 713 SW2d 98 (Tex. 1986), the dissenting judge wrote that the way the appraisal board is set up is effectively taxation without representation as originally thought of by the framers of our constitution. He also apparently felt that it is unfair.
In order to file a suit to have a chance of having it heard on the basis of unconstitutionality, can you come up with an argument that would give us a lead to follow? Any thoughts appreciated.
