I want to start a small business in providing info on scholarships for tertiary studies. I will obtain these info from education guides and brochures editing ,sorting and compiling the data into easy to access packages. In some cases I will also be photostating these info and mailing these packages to subscribers for a fee.The problem is I will be getting the info for free and charging others for a fee. Is this legal?Please advice.
