Perhaps you didn't notice under the definition of DUI....

OR a controlled substance

IF they find THC in your blood, you were DUI by their definition. It isn't just about the beer. It was nice of your GF to take the hit for the pipe..but if you smoked, you were DUI.

I believe they just decriminalized marijuana in Pittsburgh and I was literally about 5-10 minutes away from there
