QDRO Question

Since I brought this to the attorney's attention, he has filed a motion with the court to correct the dates on the QDRO.

There's been a date set for next month for a hearing on the matter.

I'll let you all know what happens.

Exactly what the judge and his ex-wife's lawyer were banking on when they screwed him over.

You think this was an honest mistake? I don't.

Half the earnings and ALL the contributions the husband made during this period should come out of those two bozo's pockets. As well as his attorney fees.
