The home is my sole property. Ex spouse does not occupy the home transportation was of the errand variety. All in all these were things that one neighbor would normally do for another but the neighbor wants to be paid for it. Again I did not ask for these things.

You get the same answer with the same info

If you do not believe you are liable tell neighbor to take a hike. If he wants to go further he will sue you. The judge will decide but guaranteed the judge will not take kindly to playing games like you have here.

Hmmm. You have failed to answer the questions asked again.

Perhaps if you pay to see an attorney in your area, the attorney you see can get the necessary information out of you (or at least he can get rich trying ;)).

As a note, if you have been court ordered to pay certain expenses, you might not have ASKED for it, but it does not relieve you of your responsibility to pay.
