I've already had one hearing with the CSEA, and they told me since she filed for it, they automaticlly assume she has sole-custody. Its crazy!!!
Ohio has a presumption of SHARED parenting. You need to state that she has no court ordered custody and due to the marriage you two have EQUAL custody.
