What is the name of your state? Ohio
In Ohio, when an administrative review is requested by either party, a packet is sent out to both parties requesting information and notifying both of the review date. Neither are to appear at the hearing for review. The Enforcement Agency makes a decision based on the information provided by both parents in the "pakcet" sent out and notifies both of the results.
Would this packet be sent out via certified mail by the court? The reason I'm asking is I came home today to receive an attempt of delivery via certified mail from USPS, the sender is the Municipal Court. Wondering if it could be for the CS review or if this is possibly my X following through with his threat of suing me for custody. I don't know why, but I thought if he was going to sue me for custody, I would get "served" by some other means, not just a certified letter. Hoping its just the review...also hoping to be able to rest well tonight before I pick the darned thing up.
