There is no court order. He has a lawyer. There has been no disruption in monies/gifts in the form of financial support. She is refusing to allow the father and extended family to see the children. She lied, my question was in regards to her falsification of her financial situation. I asked what are the consequences for lying to the state. I didn't ask for judgment of the fathers character nor your opinion of my involvement. Please respond to the question and refrain from offering opinions.
If money is being garnished from his check, then there IS a court order for child support. Unless she lied about HER income, there was no falsification of her financial situation.

OP, it's simply number-crunching. Your son is legally obligated to reimburse the mother for her share of child expenses. There ARE four kids, yes?
That's quite a lot of clothing, food, shoes, etc. Plus she has to keep a roof over their head and pay utilities.

And don't say that if she needs all that money, the kids should just live with Dad or you full-time. Doesn't work that way.
