The problem with the poster is that we ask question to get all the FACTS. I know I had a poster in a different state who asked the same question; the gave us his court order and the garnishment amounts. We then were able to determine that they did in fact take out the wrong amount and WHY.

CJane I don't want to sound like a ass but have you read my original post...so far I have no answers just questions...
New garnishment, no other company have done this before in the past, and I am in arreas as well that lead to my other question.
Its possible that your employer has made a mistake. You need to see exactly what was sent to the employer by the CSE. If its your employer that made a mistake, it will be lots easier to fix.
