"Hindsight is 20/20!" If knew these consequences he would never have allowed it to happen or signed anything. He is not schooled in this country and as you know tax laws differ even from state to state, let alone from country to country!? Needless to say, he is now not practicing accounting! Knowing the law now...I don't know why anyone would take the rap for the company that they do not own's taxes?

This is a prime example of, "Ignorance of the law is not an excuse or a defense."
