racial comments

my employer constantly make racial comments
towards all race,gender,religion. He makes racial comments,jokes towards me while we are alone or with other employees around.
It's very uncomfortable & humiliated.Know some employees are now getting into making fun of my race ,telling racial jokes to me.
I'm not sure on how to handle this situation. Do I have a case and ho much could this cost me?
