God luck. And be a little more inquisitive and wary next time. The case may not be so weak the next time around.

Seriously what you should do is grow up and learn a lesson.

wow ok since i didnt know the alc was in my car and im only admitting to speeding why should i learn a lesson?

i didnt do anything to deserve to learn a lesson. i never let alc into my car.

if i should learn anything its to be more careful and not let that bs happen in my car.

i dont deserve to have those charges on my record.

Does this change the truth in any way?

Just tell the truth as it happened. What can you possibly do to her to screw her over? Your defense all along has been it was her alcohol, and she was found inebriated, right? Or had you been telling the police and the prosecutors that it was all your fault?

it was hers and she was drunk as well as her friends. so i guess she will just have to take it and understand that it cant be blamed on me cuz it wasnt mine i wont take the blame for something i didnt commit

so it ends up i know the people in the other car that i was supposedly racing. i didnt know the names at the time of the arrest. so if i give up the names of the people in the other car, can that be used to lower my racing charge to a speeding ticket?

Anything is possible, but whether giving them up will help or hurt you is something I cannot say for sure.

You should probably gain the advice of an attorney before you decide to give up any info that could come back to hurt you.
