I live in Va. Condo is in Va. My ex and I are on the title. I have paid off ex, her share. What needs to happen to re-title in my name only? Mortgage holder is private investor and does not care.

When you paid ex off she should have quit claimed the property to you. New mortgage docs should have been signed such that only you would be on the mortgage.
