I am fighting an adoption case. My ex is trying to adopt our child out to her now husband

Not only have I received. Death threat being told that I did not have long to live and that I was going to be kill but that it did not have to be that way that all I had to do was stop fighting this adoption

Her attorney and the FoC are presenting lies to the court.

I was forced to sign over my hippa records and the FoC and her attorney told the judge that in the documentation it says I was tested and diagnosed with PTSD. Which is a lie .they are telling the judge this yet won't present the evidence . They vant because it does not exist the FoC is on my ex's side.i even called the dr to ask hin about it and hid response to me was and i quote. They can lie all they want"

I was told by my previous council to not mention the death threats cause it would make me look crazy which is what they are trying to do. Even though I have zero History of mental illness.

I have visitation. I have for a year yet the adoption keeps getting pushed back and back . The courts won't even look at my evidence which proves my son's mother is a lier and that everything she is saying. In her argument to grant the adoption is a lie.

There is a lot more to this but I have been the victim of character assignation and employment denial. Not to mention having to live with mental anguish over death threats

Her friends are law enforcement and the have told everyone from my mother to my grandmother to friend that I am everything from a pedophile to a suspected serial killer to a mid level drug dealer . Take your pick. This is the garbage. Tats being said and I will stand up in court tomorrow and answer yo any of that garbage but they won't say it out loud they just tell people behind the scenes and I'm about to lose my son over their crooked corrupt antics.
I am in desperate need of help and advice. I do not have money for an attorney I am doing this all on my own

I strongly recommend you hire an attorney to assist you in court. The issues you are facing go beyond those which can be addressed easily on an Internet forum. Sorry.

I have no money for an attorney. I work full time. All I have is the love for my son and I'm getting no help any where

Why can't I get advice on who to contact?

First, any documents the Friend of the Court and/or your ex are saying exist will need to be presented for review in court if these documents are being used to support terminating your parental rights.

First, any documents the Friend of the Court and/or your ex are saying exist will need to be presented for review in court if these documents are being used to support terminating your parental rights.

I am fighting a custody case and an involnetry adoption case at the same time

She is claiming abandonment even though I've had visitation for over a year. These documennts they SAY they have that do not exist and have not been presented to the court just verbally told to the judge is being used to deny my custody

How can I have visitation. Yet still fighting for custody while at the same time fighting n adoption.

I've been told none of it makes it sense

I was not even allowed to sign up for child support. My son's mother asked the judge to make me sign up and he was ignored. She asked the judge two weeks ago to make me sign up for child support. Yet she is trying to adopt my son out?

All I know is my rights are being violated and. Lies are being presented to the court and the judge does not seem to care cause she won't even give me phone calls. I have to pay to see my son at some filthy place. I was told that would be for 6 to 8 weeks. That was 14 months ago.

This forum can be a good place to find general information and advice but there are some situations presented to us here that require an attorney’s personal review and attention. Yours is such a situation.

You refute all lies and demand that they present evidence. You present whatever evidence you have. That’s the best you can do. But you really need an attorney in your area working for you.

You refute all lies and demand that they present evidence. You present whatever evidence you have. That’s the best you can do. But you really need an attorney in your area working for you.
