Can I make a notarized shared parental agreement null /void if it was established und

It would depend on the wording in your agreement. Not sure about Maryland but in Virginia an agreement such as this would fall under contract laws. You could look up the Maryland state laws on the net. Also if you are in another state it would be costly for him to take you to court. Hope this helps you.

We appreciate you trying to help, but the very second you say "Not sure about your State....", is probably where you should stop.

What happens in Virginia does not necessarily reflect the laws in Maryland and vice versa.

And really, this wouldn't fall under contract law.

OP, just to be clear, a few questions:

How long have you lived in Maryland?

Was the child born in Maryland?

If so, how long ago?

Has paternity been established legally? (e.g. Did you sign an "Affidavit of Parentage"?)

ETA: OP's Hx is relevant.
