As for your security cameras... Do they record audio? Are they located in areas where one might reasonably expect privacy?

Taxing Matters provided a link to Florida's recording law statute. It explains nicely what is legal in the State of Florida.
As a note: The Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press is a good source but the link is to a 2008 publication. I don't know if any state recording laws have changed that might make the information outdated.
