I live in North Dakota,my son is 14 years old going on15.he been doing poorly in school and been running away from his dad.he is bagging me to take him with me.i have every other weekend.this past years his dad refuse let me have any visitation or have any contact with our son.he been contempt in court five times for not bring our son to me.what should I do?will I get in trouble for taking him for my time and then bring him back after wards or what.i took him couple times when he was little when his dad was pulling this shit for 14 years now.he hates me and want me out of our son life.our son hates his dad so much.all they do is argue .please tell me what I should do.
