What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ
I have a felony conviction of 4th degree lewdness. I am on probation for 5 yrs. I have interviewed for a job as a pharmacy tech. A new NJ state law just passed that requires everyone pharmacy tech to register with the pharmacy board. I have to submit my fingerprints to them. They say just having a criminal background will not automatically eliminate you from the process. I was wandering if anyone knew if I would be allowed to register as a pharmacy tech with this convicition. Thanks
