What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Colorado

I was in an accident for which I was at fault. The other driver had medical expenses that exceeded my insurance's coverage. My insurance company has reached a settlement with hers for them to accept the full limit of my coverage and thereby release me from any further liability. The release letter addresses both her and her husband, but only she signed. Does this mean that the husband can pursue action against me?

You need to run this by an attorney if you are not comfortable with it. We cannot review this for you.
