Is it legal to charge different amounts to tenants for similar living situations? For example....I would like to charge $450 a month or $110 a week. Over a course of a year, there is a $320 difference. (This is assuming both renters agree to the terms).
Also, I know I have to issue a CRP, but am i required to give receipts for every payment? Thanks!
